Description of Processing
With an Affina Ltd ("Affina," "Affina Mental Health for Founders," "we") membership, the customer will gain access to an online mental health and support platform specifically tailored to the needs of entrepreneurs and founders. The services include access to professional consultations, webinars, and other digital resources designed to support emotional well-being and mental resilience during the entrepreneurial journey. Affina assumes no responsibility for the customer's/user's use of the information on the website/platform.
When setting up a membership, the customer creates a user account and ensures that the information is correct at the time of registration. The customer's login information is personal and must not be used by others unless otherwise agreed. The customer must keep login information secure so others may not gain unauthorized access. The customer is responsible for all use of their user account.
Affina may also sell products independently from the membership, including digital content, event tickets, and mental health-related merchandise, available via an online shop at https://affinahealth.com/.
The terms listed below apply to all services provided by Affina unless otherwise specifically stated or separately agreed.
Entering Agreement
The agreement between the customer and Affina is entered when the customer's order has been received on Affina's server. When the customer's order is received, we will send an order confirmation by email with the customer's order number, name, and payment method, if any, together with a list of the services ordered. The customer's order confirmation will not be accessible through the website, and we encourage our customers to save the forwarded order confirmation.
Payment and Termination
To join the Affina Mental Health for Founders waiting list, the customer pays a one-time fee of $10. This amount will be credited automatically to the customer’s account when the service is fully launched, and can be applied toward any consultations or services offered.
All prices include VAT. The exact amount charged may vary slightly depending on the current exchange rate. The applicable price is listed next to the service on the website at the time of the order.
Affina reserves the right to change prices on the website if they have been erroneously specified. Affina also reserves the right to change fees and/or other costs listed on the website at any time.
Payment for joining the waiting list is processed by the website’s financial partner (usually Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, or Visa Electron, among others). Affina does not receive members' credit card data or other banking and financial information. Encryption provided by the payment partner protects all information provided in connection with the payment transaction.
The membership is automatically renewed at the launch of the service, with the $10 credit applied to the first purchase or membership fee. If the customer does not wish to continue, they must cancel before the full service launches. A cancellation request must be sent to rn@affi.today or completed through the member site at https://affinahealth.com/. An unpaid membership is not considered a cancellation. The cancellation is only valid once the member has received an email confirming the cancellation.
In case of malicious violation of the rules of the community and service by a member, such as disrespect for other members and employees of Affina, aggressive words or actions, or spam, Affina Ltd has the right to immediately terminate the membership without refund and block the user to prevent recurrence of such cases.
Adjustments and Changes
Affina reserves the right to change the fee and other terms for the membership. The customer will be notified of any changes thirty (30) days before they come into force. However, this does not include payment changes made when a membership purchased at a discounted price is charged at the normal membership price. In such cases, the customer will be entitled to terminate the subscription from the day the changes occur.
It will be accepted if the customer does not terminate the subscription before the changes come into force. Changes that are advantageous for the customer will apply immediately without the right to termination.

Intellectual Property
All rights to products, webinars, courses, etc., belong to Affina. Website users/customers cannot copy or publish content without our consent.
Liability
Affina does not assume liability for the customer's/user's use of the information on the website/platform. We cannot be held liable for loss of earnings or losses connected to the use of the website.
Personal Data
The information provided by the customer in connection with placing an order or subscribing to membership will be registered by Affina. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
